PACKAGING

At Urban Polish we encourage all of our packaging to be recycled where possible.  To enable this, most of our products are housed in PET plastic.  PET plastic is 100% recyclable and all packaging is BPA free.

ON THE PACKAGE?

Because we want you to know what is in every product you purchase from us, our labels include all of the ingredients that go into our products, in decending order.

IN THE PACKAGE?

We are committed to using natural ingredients in our products where possible. Because we know that what goes onto your skin is important to you, we source the best ingredients from home grown suppliers.
We measure, mix and pour all of our products by hand, ensuring that every product meets our high expectations - and yours. Check the Ingredient Information button below for more information.

PRODUCT EXPIRY

On all of our product labels you will find a little open jar icon or PAO (Period After Opening) symbol. This tells you how long the product will last after the package is unsealed. The time period is shown in months and appears as a number followed by the letter ‘m’, and will be either inside the jar graphic or next to it.

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOK DIFFERENT?

Does your product look different to the photo, or to the previous one you ordered?  That is because we handcraft all of our products in small batches.  Even though the product might look a little different, the formulation is exactly the same.  Soap colours and design in particular will look different depending on the batch.
