Begin with wet skin in the shower. Pause the running water while you exfoliate. Apply a handful of the scrub in a circular motion, maintaining a gentle pressure so as not to damage the skin. Rinse with warm water.
Keep contents of container as dry as possible.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
